Guided meditation on its own, or in combination with reiki for complete relaxation

Meditation has so many health benefits.  It can help bring deep relaxation and is proven to help with issues such as lowering stress levels and reducing blood pressure.  If you are wanting to bring a little more calm into your life, need help sleeping or just want some time out then meditation maybe for you.

Available in a beautiful therapy room in Chatteris, come along where you can spend time just relaxing.  With aromas and music in the room that are designed to aid relaxation, all you need to do is sit/lay there and listen to my voice.

No experience needed but I have to warn you, it can be addictive!

For further relaxation, you can combine with the power of reiki for an additional boost

Meditation

Come and spend some time just for you for an In person 1:1 session. 

You can lay on the therapy bed provided or sit on one of the chairs, close your eyes, listen to the music and just the sound of my voice as I gently bring you to a place of relaxation and inner healing.

 Around 45 minutes including up to 30 minutes meditation.

Meditation & Reiki

For a deeeeper relaxation experience combined with the power of reiki, come along for a 1:1 in person session.

We start with a short meditation so  you receive the benefits of relaxation and then use reiki to heal and balance your body.  This should leave you feeling refreshed but very relaxed.

Around 50 minutes with up to 40 minutes reiki & meditation combined
