Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help you deal with aspects of your life that you aren't happy with and change them for good. 

I am fully qualified in Hypnotherapy and have worked with many people to help them gain control.  It is completely safe and you can bring yourself out of hypnotherapy at any point.

Based in the therapy room in Chatteris, or online via zoom,  you can sit and relax whilst I talk you through the process in person.  

If you are not comfortable doing it in person, you can purchase one of my pre-recorded packages to help you achieve your goals from the comfort of your own home.

Packages

Each package consists of a combination of meditation, hypnotherapy and journaling and cost £40 each.  

You will receive:

  • Four hypnotherapy recordings. One for each week, building up over the four week period. They are tailored to the subject you are working towards.
  •  Two meditation scripts. These are designed to be used daily to help reinforce what you have done during the hypnotherapy and to also help Improve general well-being.
  •  Printable journal. The journal is specific to the subject your are working towards and includes aspects of mindfulness too.
  •  An instruction sheet informing you what you need to do.

 

Stop Smoking

The package is  tailored to stopping smoking, and help to give you the will power to stop for good.

Weight Loss

This package is tailored to weight loss and cover aspects such as emotional eating, overeating and poor relationships with food.  They help to give you the will power to make better choices and recognise when you are full.

Power of You

This package is tailored to self esteem and confidence.  We build up over the weeks using affirmations and self belief, releasing your internal power so you realise how wonderful you are
